Taking to Instagram Stories, Samantha Ruth Prabhu shared a snippet of the song and praised Sreeleela’s performance in Pushpa 2 song Kissik. She wrote, “Killed it,” followed by a flurry of fire emojis. Sam encouraged fans to “Keep calm and wait for Pushpa 2,” reflecting the growing anticipation for the sequel.
The upbeat track was composed by Devi Sri Prasad (DSP) and performed by Sublahshini. It showcases an electrifying dance number featuring Allu Arjun and Sreeleela. This song is enriched by dynamic choreography from Ganesh Acharya—who was also behind Oo Antava. With lively lyrics penned by Chandrabose, Kissik aims to capture global attention with its infectious beats.
Regarding her experience with Oo Antava, Samantha previously shared her thoughts at the India Today Conclave 2024. She described it as a significant challenge. “I’ve always operated from a space of ‘I’m not good enough, I don’t feel pretty, I don’t look like the other girls.’ It was terrifying to shoot my first scene for ‘Oo Antava,’” she recalled. “Sexy is not my thing, but I’ve grown as an actor. And as a person by putting myself in uncomfortable situations.”
Samantha then mentioned she might not take on dance numbers in the future. She said, “I don’t see the challenge in it anymore.”
